I'm Maria Navarro, a nurse practitioner who has worked in dermatology and plastic surgery in New York City since 2013.

I started Mnimal because I wanted to practice aesthetic medicine the way I actually believe in it: carefully, without pressure, and with a long view.

My work is rooted in restraint. The goal is never transformation. It's improvement that holds up over time and doesn't announce itself.
